Rain or Shine Schedule:
Registration: 10:00–11:00am
Children’s Fun Run: 11:00-11:30am
5K Run/Walk: 11:30am–12:30pm
Awards: 12:45pm

Place: Bay Farm Montessori Academy — 145 Loring Street, Duxbury, MA 02332

Distance: 5 kilometers (3.1 miles)
Course: USA Track and Field certified 5 Kilometer (3.1 miles) race in the beautiful town of Duxbury,
for runners, joggers and walkers of all ages. Families and baby joggers are welcome.

Age Groups: 12 & under, 13–19, 20–29, 30-39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+

Awards: Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd M/F finishers in each age category

T-Shirts: T-Shirts will be included for the first 200 registrants.

Directions: From Route 3, take Exit 10. Go north on Route 3A for 4/10 mile to Parks Street.
(Bennett's General Store is on the left, Bennett's Gas Station is on the right). Take a right onto Parks Street.
Go ½ mile, on your left just before the fork is BFMA Upper Campus.

Bay Farm Montessori Academy (BFMA) is co-hosting, with the Duxbury Beach Preservation Society, the 3rd Annual 5K for preservation and education – BFMA is dedicated to cultivating a vibrant Montessori learning community where children, ages 12 months to 12 years, are inspired to grow with joy, purpose and compassion.

The event will begin on the campus of Bay Farm Montessori Academy and be run through the beautiful town of Duxbury. Last year was a very popular and fun event for runners and their families here on the South Shore. As a sponsor, you will be supporting the running of this event, which will be very well attended by runners and their families from towns throughout the South Shore. Bay Farm Montessori Academy currently enrolls families from seventeen South Shore towns. With your support we hope to welcome over 200 runners to our event. These 200+ 5k participants and BFMA families will see and appreciate your involvement and we will publicize your support in a variety of ways. This is an effective way to get your name out into the communities you service as well as support a school that serves the community.
